Terms and Conditions :

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before using this site. Your use of this Web site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms of use. Booking Policy :

As per the booking policy, we require 30% of the total amount as a token advance, which you can deposit in our given
below Bank account.
- 30% of the total tour cost is required to process the bookings, which can be done by credit card or bank transfer.
- 100% amount is required at the time of booking, for train and flight tickets bookings.
- Balance amount is required on arrival in India or starting of the tour by CASH, credit card or Indian Bank DD.
Note : Balance will be required on arrival in Delhi.

Note : In case tour includes any flight or train booking. Full amount for train and flight will be required.


Cancellation Policy :

- 20% Cancellation Of The Package Cost After Confirmation/Issuing The Hotel Voucher.
- 25% Cancellation Of The Package Cost Before 7 Days Of The Travelling Date.
- 50% Cancellation Of The Package Cost Before 04 Days Of The Travelling Date.
- 100% Cancellations Before 02 Days Of The Travels Date.
- In Case Passenger Is No Show At The Time Of Departure, 100% Of Tour Cost Shall Be Detected.
- Flight and train tickets cancellation will be as per flight or train cancellation policy.


Note :

- Hotels are subject to availability at time of reservation.
- If the base category room will be not available then supplement cost will be applicable for upper category rooms.
- Rates are subject to change, without any prior notice.
- No cancellation & any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or landslide of any destination and
  which is beyond the control of the agent/hotel.
- Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer.


Refund Policy :-

Any refund will be processed only after 15 days after receiving the written cancellation request.
